I work alongside adults to empower them to effectively manage and address stressors, trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health concerns. I strive to build a strong relationship based on trust and effective communication. It can be challenging to seek help, but therapy works!

My experiences as a therapist and a veteran allow me the unique ability to provide both a safe space and a forum to process underlying beliefs and behaviors that keep us from living our lives to the fullest. I employ a strength-based, trauma-informed approach when engaging with clients.

I work alongside my clients to empower them to take control of their lives wherever they are. As a therapist and a veteran, I work to meet my clients’ needs by empowering them to be the voice of their own change. We will work together to identify realistic goals in an environment free of guilt, fear, or shame.

Life can be overwhelming and sometimes we need someone to come alongside us as we walk through life’s challenges. As a mental health therapist, I feel my primary function is working with clients to assist them in finding inner peace and to help them work through troubling situations. I also believe it is important to treat clients holistically in order to help them find a good life balance.

I am trained in CBT, MI, TFCBT as well as other psychological theories. I work with a host of different issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and improving relationships. I feel I do my best in working with teenagers and adults. I look forward to walking alongside those who would like to make a change or work through a difficult challenge.

If you are dealing with life struggles please allow me come alongside you so that we may work together to find a better way to manage life’s challenges.

I am passionate about helping those struggling with various addiction issues overcome them and reach their full potential. I utilize a variety of treatment techniques, including, but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, as well as others; to empower my clients to combat their addictions and reach their desired goals. I offer various treatment modalities such as individual, group, and crisis intervention. My clinical experience, in addition to my personal life experience, places me in a unique position to be able to help others more effectively.

I believe we simply cannot continue to treat substance use with decades-old treatment methods and expect success. We must address addiction from multiple perspectives, ensuring a holistic and personalized recovery journey tailored to the needs of our clients. Through the integration of advanced therapies, I help empower individuals to break free from the grip of addiction and regain control of their lives.
