I am passionate about helping adults navigate the relationships and seasons of life that shape who we are. I enjoy working with clients experiencing relationship concerns, communication challenges, life transitions, marriage struggles, divorce adjustment, anxiety, and trauma.
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach that helps individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences and distressing life events. I am also a Certified SYMBIS (Saving Your Marriage Before It Starts) Facilitator and enjoy helping engaged couples build a strong foundation for a healthy, lasting marriage through premarital counseling.
My approach integrates Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strengths-Based practice. I believe healthy relationships are at the center of a meaningful life and offer a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can explore challenges, develop new skills, and create meaningful change. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions and am happy to incorporate Biblical principles into the therapeutic process for clients seeking a Christian perspective.
Born and raised in Fort Wayne, I am a graduate of Bishop Dwenger High School and hold a bachelor's degree in psychology from Purdue University. I completed my Master of Social Work degree at Indiana Wesleyan University in 2025 and have clinical experience supporting couples, individuals, and families through transitions, communication barriers, emotional wounds, and trauma recovery.
