I am passionate about helping adults navigate the relationships and seasons of life that shape who we are. I enjoy working with clients experiencing relationship concerns, communication challenges, life transitions, marriage struggles, divorce adjustment, anxiety, and trauma. I believe that healthy relationships are at the center of a meaningful life. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can share their stories, feel truly seen, and begin building deeper connection within themselves and with others.
My approach integrates Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed CBT, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Strengths-Based practice. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions to meet clients where they are. I am also willing to incorporate Biblical principles within the therapeutic process for those interested in a Christian perspective.
Born and raised in Fort Wayne, I am a graduate of Bishop Dwenger High School and hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Purdue University. I completed my Master of Social Work degree at Indiana Wesleyan University in 2025 and have clinical experience supporting couples, individuals, and families through transitions, communication barriers, and emotional wounds.
